Bonjour fellas, watched “The Complete Metropolis” last Saturday because of your dandy Podcast here. Personally I own the Restored Authorized Edition, and although neat, have always had a difficult time getting through that one completely (probably due to my extensive Video Editing background) and that makes more sense after reading how they were able to sync up the pacing and scene structure to the nearly full discovery of the original cut in Argentina (thanks wikipedia!). Umm, anyways pretty cool seeing it almost all together, still though, for the 100 year anniversary they should definitely put the footage through Peter Jackson’s “They Shall Not Grow Old” magic computer laboratory and make it all look really brand new! Wonder what they’d be able to do about those two missin’ scenes towards the finale, maybe they could just fully CGI that shit, ha!!
Anyways thanks for the pointers again Brothers, here’s a handy dandy link that I know for a fact Stephen would enjoi, for the original “Nosferatu” that has been re-scored, muhaha.

Well, been feelin’ like Reginald VelJohnson’s Sergeant Al Powell through all these neat o comments sometimes.
Maybe y’all could Podcast that “Shadow of the Vampire” movie some of these days by E. Elias Merhige.
