I love horror films. I love them so much that I devote every October here at Silver Emulsion to nothing but them! As with my tastes in all film, my tastes in horror are rather eclectic, so the films selected are a strange mix of the known and the unknown.

This third year I tried to get away from my initial idea of having mini-themes during the month as I had done previously, so I just watched a whole bunch of whatever came my way, with a slight focus on trying to fill some major horror blind spots. I also continued exploring some of my previous themes, such as Hammer or Hong Kong Horror. Stephen was also around this year to deliver reviews on some of the horror offerings in the anime world.

Enjoy, horror fans!
